Our Box Office is open on Fridays from 12 - 5 PM, and during our events, beginning when doors open.
Cash purchases have no ticket fees. Card purchases include a small processing fee, but they’re still much cheaper than buying tickets online.
A limited number of ADA-accessible seats are available for each show and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are encouraged to reach out via email in advance to reserve, as availability is limited. Our Guest Services team will also be on-site to assist you during the event.
All purchased tickets can be found via email after you complete a purchase. They will arrive from our ticketing partner, Opendate. If you still don’t see it, we can look your order up using the purchaser’s name when you arrive for the event!
Yes! While most of our shows are general admission, we offer a limited number of seats as an upgrade through our premium add-ons program. You can add a seat or table at any time by revisiting the event page and accessing the ticketing widget.
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if an artist or their team authorizes them for a specific event, or if an event is rescheduled or canceled. In the case of a rescheduled event, ticket holders will be notified and given a specific window of time to submit a refund request.
Entry is strictly 18+ and guests should be prepared to present valid identification upon arrival. We may ask for up to two forms of ID. Acceptable IDs include a current driver’s license, passport, state ID or military ID along with a credit card or other form of identification. Expired or digital IDs are not accepted. All guests and belongings are subject to search upon entry. The venue reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest at any time, for any reason, without refund.
Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be checked before entry, and non-clear bags may require additional screening.
Yes! We’ve partnered with Vertical Insure to offer optional ticket insurance during checkout. This coverage can reimburse you for a non-refundable ticket if you’re unable to attend due to certain unforeseen circumstances, including:
- Health or family emergencies
- Transportation issues
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Legal obligations
- Personal safety concerns
- Work, school, or military commitments
All tiers grant the same general admission access to the event. Lower-priced tiers are offered first as a reward for early purchase, and once a tier sells out, the next price tier becomes available. Buying earlier helps fans save money, but the experience inside the venue remains the same regardless of tier!
The box office and bars accept Cash, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. The merchandise counter varies from show to show.
For the safety of all guests, prescription medication may only be brought into the venue if it is in its original pharmacy bottle or packaging and the name on the prescription matches the guest’s valid photo ID. We recommend bringing only the amount needed for the event. Medication that does not meet these requirements may not be permitted inside the venue.
