FAQ

WHAT ARE YOUR BOX OFFICE HOURS?

Our Box Office is open during our events, beginning when doors open.

Do I have to pay ticket fees if I buy tickets at the box office?

Cash purchases have no ticket fees. Card purchases include a small processing fee, but they’re still much cheaper than buying tickets online.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN TIERED TICKETING?

All tiers grant the same general admission access to the event. Lower-priced tiers are offered first as a reward for early purchase, and once a tier sells out, the next price tier becomes available. Buying earlier helps fans save money, but the experience inside the venue remains the same regardless of tier!

I can’t find my ticket!

All purchased tickets can be found via email after you complete a purchase. They will arrive from our ticketing partner, Opendate. If you still don’t see it, we can look your order up using the purchaser’s name when you arrive for the event!

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if an artist or their team authorizes them for a specific event, or if an eventis rescheduled or canceled. In the case of a rescheduled event, ticket holders will be notified and given a specific window of time to submit a refund request.

IS THERE SEATING AT TURNTABLE?

Yes! While generally the venue is general admission, we do offer limited seating as an upgrade to your General Admission ticket through our premium upgrades program. After you purchase a ticket to one of our shows, you will be offered the ability to upgrade to premium seating. You can also reach out to info@turntableindy.com to receive assistance with upgrading your ticket.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Paid parking is available in the parking lot behind The Vogue and Turntable off Carrollton Ave, adjacent to Turntable and The Vogue on Broad Ripple Ave, or across the street from Turntable and The Vogue on College Ave.

Can I bring prescription medication into the venue?

For the safety of all guests, prescription medication may only be brought into the venue if it is in its original pharmacy bottle or packaging and the name on the prescription matches the guest’s valid photo ID. We recommend bringing only the amount needed for the event. Medication that does not meet these requirements may not be permitted inside the venue.

IS THERE ADA SEATING?

A limited number of ADA-accessible seats are available at each show and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Our Guest Services team is available to assist you during the event.

WHAT PaYMENT TYPES Do YOU ACCEPT?

The box office and bars accept Cash, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. The merchandise counter varies from show to show.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR ENTRY?

Entry is strictly 18+ and guests should be prepared to present valid identification upon arrival. We may ask for up to two forms of ID. Acceptable IDs include a current driver’s license, passport, state ID or military ID along with a credit card or other form of identification. Expired or digital IDs are not accepted. All guests and belongings are subject to search upon entry. The venue reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest at any time, for any reason, without refund.

HOW DO I TRANSFER A TICKET AND/OR ADD-ON?

1. Go to https://app.opendate.io/users/sign_in.
2. "Login" or "Create an Account" using the same email address that the tickets were originally sent to.
3. In "My Orders," select "Transfer Tickets" and then choose the ticket(s) and/or add-on(s) that need to be transferred.
4. Enter the recipient's details and click "Transfer Tickets" to complete the transfer.
